Land Surveyor

Job Summary

The Land Surveyor is responsible for performing accurate surveying works for construction projects, including towers and high-rise buildings. The role involves setting out, measurements, and coordination with site and engineering teams to ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Carry out land, topographic, and construction surveys for towers and high-rise building projects.
• Perform setting out for foundations, columns, axes, and elevation levels.
• Ensure accuracy of measurements using total station, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
• Interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers and consultants regarding surveying activities.
• Check alignments, levels, and dimensions during all stages of construction.
• Prepare survey reports and as-built drawings when required.
• Maintain surveying records and ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Proven experience working on towers and high-rise building projects.
• Proficient in using modern surveying equipment and software.
• Good knowledge of construction site practices.
• Ability to work independently and accurately under site conditions.
