• Lead construction supervision and site coordination on large-scale residential projects (e.g., residential compounds, hotels, residential towers) in accordance with project plans and Saudi regulations.
• Manage construction management activities, monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contract documents.
• Provide clear communication and timely reporting to stakeholders.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience as a Resident Engineer on large-scale residential projects including: residential compounds, hotels, residential towers.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
