Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Inspector to join the construction supervision team for the Industrial Valley infrastructure development at KAEC
, covering approximately 8.4 million sqm
. The role involves monitoring civil construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
- Inspect civil works including roads, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure works.
- Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify construction activities such as earthworks, road works, stormwater drainage, and utility installations.
- Report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with the Resident Engineer and contractors to resolve site issues.
- Maintain inspection records, site reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.
- Saudi National (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects.
- Experience working with consultancy/PMC supervision teams.
- Experience in road networks, stormwater, and infrastructure projects preferred.
- Good understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction standards.
