Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil construction activities at site.
- Monitor excavation, foundations, concrete works and structural activities.
- Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and project teams.
- Monitor productivity and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements.
- Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
- Strong site supervision and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
