Employment:Full Time
- Extensive experience in construction supervision of large-scale mixed-use, retail, and residential developments.
- In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, contracts (FIDIC preferred), and building codes/regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide multidisciplinary supervision teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client and contractor relationships effectively.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's Degree is a plus).
- 15+ years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large mixed-use, retail, and residential projects.
- Previous experience working within a design office.
- Chartership (PE, CEng, PMP) is preferred
