Sky Specialized Co. Ltd. is inviting applications from experienced Civil Engineers for the position of Construction Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Construction Manager will be responsible for directing projects from the planning stage through final completion and handover. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage resources, schedules, and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Working closely with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors, the selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.

• Lead and oversee construction activities from project initiation to final completion.
• Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontracting teams.
• Maintain compliance with company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, resources, and budgets to achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve technical documents, method statements, and engineering submissions.
• Support contract administration processes, including claims and variation orders.
• Identify project challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain progress.
• Guide and mentor project personnel to enhance productivity and professional growth.
• Ensure successful and timely delivery of assigned projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex and multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Experience in contract administration and claims management will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of technical submittals, method statements, and construction quality procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
