Nesma Infrastructure & Technology in Jeddah seeks a seasoned Quantity Surveying Team Leader to support the Quantity Survey Manager in administering contracts, claims, and commercial procedures. You will lead the QS team, manage interim/final payment certificates, variations, and cost reporting to ensure robust commercial control across projects.
The role requires 12+ years of QS experience, a relevant engineering degree, and fluent English.
