Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Jeddah is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in the city. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, architects and engineers
• Develop project timelines and budgets and ensure projects are completed within set deadlines and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all construction sites
• Hire, train and supervise construction teams to ensure quality workmanship
• Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Handle any issues or conflicts that arise during construction projects
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality of materials used and adherence to plans
• Prepare project reports for upper management as needed

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and project management principles
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary 1700$ per month negotiable based on experience
