Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our contracted projects in Jeddah As the Construction Manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and meet all quality standards To excel in this role you must have extensive experience in the construction industry and strong leadership skills You must also possess excellent project management abilities and a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
Responsibilities- Plan organize and manage construction projects according to contract specifications
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and subcontractors to ensure project progress and compliance
- Develop detailed project schedules and budget plans
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate effective with clients to provide updates on project status
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes safety regulations and contract management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Experience working on projects in Jeddah is preferred
Salary $1300 per month Location Jeddah accommodation provided
