Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring their timely completion and within budget. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership and communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity for an Indian national with English proficiency looking for a challenging role in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications
Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to keep them on track
Communicate project updates to all stakeholders regularly
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in reputable companies
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Willingness to work in Jeddah without accommodation provided by the company

We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month for this position.
