Land Surveyor for Construction Projects in Jeddah.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team for construction projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas, collecting data, and preparing reports for construction projects.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, without accommodation.

We offer free visa and ticket for Pakistani and Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English.

This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

• Conduct detailed land surveys using various tools such as GPS equipment, total stations, and levels
• Collect data on land features, boundaries, and elevations
• Prepare accurate maps and reports based on survey data
• Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure survey data is aligned with project plans
• Monitor construction progress to ensure accuracy of survey data
• Keep records of all survey measurements and data

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects
• Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS equipment, total stations, and levels
• Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques
• Familiarity with AutoCAD software is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
