Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

• Project Manager Logistics Facilities Construction Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover
• ensuring delivery in line with programme budget quality safety and contractual requirements
• Coordinate with the client consultants subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare and monitor project programmes progress reports procurement schedules manpower plans and site logistics
• Lead site activities resolve construction issues and ensure works are completed to the required standards
• Manage risks variations claims delays and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements authority regulations and company procedures
• Drive timely completion testing commissioning handover and project close-out

The ideal candidate should have strong construction management experience in the GCC region, with previous exposure to logistics, warehousing, distribution centres, or similar fast-track facilities. Airport-related project experience will be considered an added advantage.

• Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum years construction experience, including GCC project delivery.
• Proven experience in logistics, industrial, warehouse, or large-scale facility construction.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and contractual management skills.
• Experience in airport-related facilities is an added advantage.
