Strategic Cost Management Middle East delivery via GEC Global PMS
Lead cost management on major infrastructure and building projects across the Kingdom.
You will own cost planning, estimating, bills of quantities, procurement and final accounts on landmark projects — bringing financial discipline from concept to closeout.
What you'll do- Prepare and control bills of quantities, estimates and cost plans.
- Manage tendering, procurement and final accounts.
- Drive value engineering and report cost certainty to clients.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- 8+ years in cost management on large projects.
- Strong command of measurement, contracts and value engineering.
