The Construction Project Manager at KRAIV will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. This full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah includes coordinating project schedules, supervising contractors and site teams, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The person in this role will track progress against milestones, monitor budgets and cost controls, and prepare regular status reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Daily responsibilities include resolving on-site issues, leading project meetings, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and ensuring that all work aligns with design specifications and contract requirements. The Construction Project Manager will also collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and support successful project outcomes.

• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should possess proven experience managing on-site construction projects, preferably in Jeddah or the broader region.
