Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in tendering and estimation department within contracting and construction industry.
- Strong experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, quantity take-off, and technical & commercial proposal development in the area of Infrastructure Works, Buildings construction,and Transmission pipelines projects.
- Good knowledge in reviewing contracts, tender documents, BOQs take off and technical specifications for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals.
- Strong analytical,negotiation, and communication skills and full knowledge of market pricing.
