We are looking for a Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in residential real estate development, including residential projects and apartments, from planning and execution through handover, with the ability to sell residential units directly to clients.
Responsibilities:- Follow up on structural and finishing works.
- Manage contractors and consultants, and follow up on quality, schedules, and project costs.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and review drawings, budgets, and contractor payments.
- Follow up on multiple residential projects and prepare progress reports.
- Present projects and units to clients, conduct site visits, follow up, negotiate, and close sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential real estate development or contracting, preferably apartment projects.
- Experience in quantity take-offs, finishing works, quality control, cost control, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to close residential real estate deals.
Salary: SAR 5,000 – 7,000 + additional benefits and sales incentives.
