Senior Planning Engineer – Outdoor Construction

The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, monitoring, and controlling the project programme for outdoor construction works. The role covers landscape, hardscape, infrastructure, utilities, irrigation, water features, external works, and associated civil and architectural activities.
- The position requires strong coordination with construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, subcontractors, and client/consultant teams to ensure that project activities are properly planned, resources are optimized, delays are identified early, and corrective actions are implemented.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked for main contractors or major landscape/infrastructure contractors and have personally managed planning for projects involving multiple outdoor disciplines.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable spending time on site
, verifying actual progress and productivity rather than relying exclusively on reports from construction teams.
Candidates should demonstrate practical experience taking a project from baseline planning through execution, recovery planning, delay analysis and final completion/handover
