Construction Manager

Construction Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

• Develop and implement project plans, including schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Oversee construction activities on site and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency
• Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders regularly
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1600$ per month (tax-free)
