Wedding Planner

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Wedding Planner for our event planning company located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This contract job is suitable for men with experience in wedding planning and no English language skills are required. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national, however, all nationalities are welcome to apply.

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
• Plan, organize and execute all aspects of the wedding including venue, décor, catering, entertainment, etc.
• Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best prices and quality services
• Create a detailed timeline for the wedding day and coordinate with all vendors involved
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits or licenses for the event
• Provide regular updates and communication to clients throughout the planning process
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning or on the wedding day
• Ensure all aspects of the wedding run smoothly and according to plan

• Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from vendors
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and laws/regulations related to weddings in Jeddah is a plus
