A reputable wedding planning company in Jeddah is seeking a talented and creative Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings and events, from initial consultation to execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for event planning and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
- Develop detailed plans and timelines for the wedding
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of the event including decorations, music, transportation, etc.
- Manage guest lists and RSVPs
- Ensure that all vendors are meeting deadlines and adhering to contract terms
- Oversee setup and execution of the event
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Prior experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A passion for creating memorable events
