Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to plan and execute their dream wedding. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
• Research and recommend venues, vendors, and other wedding-related services
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for all aspects of the event
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services
• Manage budgets and track expenses
• Oversee setup, decorations, and overall event coordination on the day of the wedding
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding

• Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or coordination (wedding planning experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Arabic preferred but not required
