Wedding Planner Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a member of our dynamic team, you will assist with the planning and execution of various weddings and events.

• Assist with coordinating and managing all aspects of weddings and events, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, budget management, timeline creation, and on-site coordination
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and needs for their special day
• Research and recommend event décor, themes, and other details based on client preferences
• Assist with creating detailed event proposals and contracts for clients
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products or services
• Help coordinate transportation arrangements for clients and guests
• Prepare detailed itineraries for wedding day activities
• Attend site visits to ensure proper setup and layout for events
• Assist with any other tasks related to wedding planning as needed

• Pakistani nationality preferred
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for part-time work (weekends included)
• Previous experience in event planning or customer service is a plus but not required
• Must have own accommodation in Jeddah
