Senior Creative Designer

MDLBEAST has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Creative Designer to join our Creative Compass team. As a key member, you will support creative campaigns and marketing initiatives for MDLBEAST Live Events, researching the latest trends in music, design, creativity, and community to drive innovative concepts for our sub-brands.

• Lead the design process for MDLBEAST's events and campaigns.

• Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual designs.

• Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and assets for events, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure design consistency across all platforms.

• Mentor designers and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into your work.

• Present design ideas and concepts to senior management.

• Work on a variety of projects, from digital assets to print materials.

To be considered for the Senior Designer role at MDLBEAST in the Creative department, you must meet the following criteria:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior designer or art director role.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• A creative visionary with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passionate about music, events, and creating memorable visual experiences.
