Digital Designer

Overview

MDLBEAST is seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our Creative Compass team. As a Digital Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brand essence to life across digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging digital assets, developing motion graphics, and ensuring consistency in brand design systems.

• Design digital-first assets and campaigns for MDLBEAST brands.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and interactive content for various applications.
• Support the maintenance of brand design systems to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand essence into digital storytelling.
• Contribute to packaging, layouts, and other design formats as needed.
• Stay updated on digital and design trends to inspire the Creative Compass team.
• Work on a diverse range of projects, from live-event visuals to ongoing brand assets.

• Experienced with 4+ years in a digital design role within a leading creative agency, design studio, or global brand.
• Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Skilled in motion graphics and animation, with proficiency in After Effects or similar tools.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and comfortable working across multiple platforms.
• Knowledgeable in branding, design systems, packaging, and layout design.
• A creative problem-solver with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital projects.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about music, culture, and the power of digital storytelling.

Stakeholders involved in this role include the Creative Compass Team, MDLBEAST Marketing, Media, and Content teams, as well as external design and production partners.
