Media Production Specialist

About the Role:

Were looking for a Media Production Specialist to join Leylaty Hospitality Group, capturing the beauty, detail, and emotion behind every experience we create. From exquisite dishes to unforgettable events, this role brings our brand to life through photography and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for composition, lighting, and brand aesthetics, ensuring every image reflects the sophistication and quality that define the Leylaty name.

Core Responsibilities:

• Food Photography:
  Capture high-quality, visually compelling images of menu items, including plated dishes, beverages, and desserts for use across marketing materials, social media, and digital platforms.
• Event Photography:
  Photograph key event set-ups such as banquets, weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions, highlighting atmosphere, décor, and food. Provide live coverage of select events for real-time social media content and promotional use.
• Content Creation & Management:
  Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce and maintain a curated library of professional images and videos for social media, websites, brochures, and campaigns. Organize and manage the media archive to ensure all content is easily accessible and properly categorized.
• Editing & Post-Production:
  Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet Leylatys brand standards, ensuring consistency in tone, colour, and visual quality.
• Brand Consistency:
  Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all media output, ensuring alignment with Leylatys refined and luxurious brand aesthetic.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Skills:
  
  Strong photography and videography skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro), and an understanding of lighting and composition techniques.
• Knowledge:
  Experience in food, event, and lifestyle photography; familiarity with social media content needs; and a clear understanding of brand storytelling through imagery.
• Qualifications:
  
  Proven portfolio showcasing food and event photography.
