Wedding Planner Vacancy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a talented and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a wedding, from the initial consultation with the client to the day of the event. This position is ideal for Malayalees who are fluent in English and seeking a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget.

Create detailed timelines and schedules, including vendor selection, venue setup, and logistics.

Source and manage vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, etc.

Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best prices for clients.

Maintain regular communication with clients to update progress and address concerns.

Provide creative ideas to enhance the wedding experience.

Oversee the wedding day to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of current wedding trends and Malayalee cultural traditions (preferred).
