Content Creator, Content Writer ​/ Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
• Plan and execute shoots (shot lists, basic styling, locations, and props if needed).
• Edit photos (color correction, cropping, retouching) in line with brand guidelines.
• Edit videos for Reels, Tik Tok, Stories, and other formats (cutting, transitions, subtitles, music, basic motion graphics).
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar for all relevant platforms.
• Coordinate posting schedules to ensure a consistent and strategic online presence.
• Align content with campaigns, promotions, seasons, and key events.
• Come up with creative concepts and trends-based ideas for Reels and short videos.
• Research trends, audios, and formats on Instagram/Tik Tok and adapt them to the brand.
• Storyboard and propose content ideas that drive engagement and reach.
• Work closely with marketing/communications to ensure content supports campaign objectives.
• Ensure all content is on-brand in terms of tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Review basic content performance (views, engagement, saves, clicks) to understand what works.
• Suggest improvements based on insights and trends.

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of photo and video work (especially Reels/short-form content).
• Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Rush / Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar).
• Solid understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and Reels best practices.
• Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
