Purpose:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Communication Designer to lead the development of all visual materials for internal communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PowerPoint, brand‑aligned visuals, and digital design tools. This role ensures that complex ideas are communicated in a simple, consistent, and engaging visual format.

• Create branded PowerPoint templates, infographics, posters, and reports.
• Ensure consistency with internal brand guidelines.
• Customize visuals to reflect audience and objectives.

• Transform raw content into easy‑to‑understand visual formats.
• Use storytelling techniques to build compelling narratives.

• Maintain a library of editable assets and templates.
• Ensure up‑to‑date files are accessible to team members.

• Leverage latest tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing apps.
• Propose visual ideas to elevate routine content.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong layout and visual storytelling skills
• Animation and basic video editing
• Strong time and project management

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
