Wedding Planner Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian expat, you will be working with a diverse group of individuals and couples to plan and execute their dream weddings. This is an English-speaking job, so proficiency in the language is required.

As a Wedding Planner Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the lead planner with various tasks related to wedding planning. This may include researching vendors, creating budgets, coordinating with clients, and managing timelines. We are open to hiring candidates without prior experience in wedding planning, as long as they are willing to learn and have a passion for the industry.

This is an urgent position that requires someone who can work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks  must be able to think on your feet and adapt quickly in order to ensure that all events run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead planner in all aspects of wedding planning
  • Research vendors and negotiate contracts
  • Create budgets and manage expenses
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their vision for their wedding day
  • Manage timelines leading up to events
  • Attend meetings with clients and vendors as needed
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of events
  • Handle any last-minute issues or changes during events
Requirements:
  • Indian nationality preferred (but not required)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when necessary
