The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for event planning and a deep understanding of the wedding industry As a wedding planner you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of a couples special day from vendor selection to timeline management You must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure that the wedding day runs smoothly
Responsibilities- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding
- Create budgets and timelines for the event
- Source vendors such as caterers florists and photographers
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage payments
- Coordinate all logistics leading up to the wedding day
- Manage invitations and RSVPs
- Work with the couple to design the overall look and theme of the wedding
- Assist with menu planning and seating arrangements
- Oversee set-up and clean-up on the day of the wedding
- Ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly and handle any issues that may arise
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination preferably in weddings
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current trends in weddings and event planning industry
- Familiarity with budgeting contract negotiation and timeline management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients vendors and other team members
- Proficient in using technology for event planning purposes
Salary $1500 per month
Location Jeddah
