We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and creative individual with a passion for creating unforgettable events.

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements
• Create detailed event proposals including venue options, décor, catering, entertainment, and other services
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure all services are delivered as agreed upon
• Develop timelines and schedules for each event element and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with vendors on event logistics such as setup, breakdown, and transportation
• Conduct site visits to venues to ensure they meet client's expectations and needs
• Oversee the execution of events to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events

• Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively with vendors
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in both English and Arabic languages

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

This position is open only to Egyptian nationals currently residing in Jeddah.
