Call Center Representative – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job title:
Call Center Representative (No English Required, Pakistani/Malayalee Preferred) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with urgent requirement.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and provide information about services and products
- Provide technical support when needed
- Schedule appointments and conduct outbound calls as required
- Perform related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly and act decisively
- Friendly, organized, able to multitask, and good time management
- Preference given to Pakistani and Malayalee applicants;
English language proficiency is not required - Contract position with urgent staffing needs; candidates able to start immediately are encouraged to apply
