Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our call center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues that our customers may have. This position is open to all nationalities and is ideal for those looking for part-time work without the need for prior experience or accommodation.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and any other issues they may have
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
• Meet monthly performance targets for call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and empathetic attitude
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality service
• Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
