Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on client products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers

- Bachelor's or diploma in science majors, computer majors,and Engineering majors only.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
