Recruitment Drive in Jeddah. We have exciting news for anyone in Saudi Arabia dreaming of a career in the skies. We are hosting an in person recruitment drive in Jeddah to meet candidates for positions based in Dammam with a dynamic, growing airline that values service, safety, and personality. - Be the face of the airline, welcoming passengers onboard with genuine care and professionalism.
- Conduct pre flight safety checks, demonstrate emergency procedures, and provide first aid when needed.
- Collaborate with Cabin Supervisor and flight crew to handle any irregularities efficiently.
- Promote on board meals, products, and the Charity Cloud program while managing cash and card transactions securely.
- Assist passengers, including those feeling anxious or unwell, and ensure seamless handover with catering and cleaning teams at transit stations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail to enhance passenger experience.
- Age without prior crew experience, up to 33 if experienced.
- Minimum height 160cm for female applicants and 170cm for male applicants.
- Weight proportionate to age and height.
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medically and physically fit for flying duties; able to swim using a flotation device.
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (HS); diploma in Travel or Tourism a bonus.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Additional languages are a plus depending on airline needs.
- Strong customer service orientation with genuine ability to understand and respond to passenger needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Solid time management and problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and busy operations.
- Ability to work extended hours and in shift patterns.
- Previous cabin crew experience or background in airline, aviation, or hospitality customer service.
- Active cabin crew license.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, or Emergency Procedures.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply; we welcome early career talent with the right attitude.
Will be expected to contribute to team goals, meet individual sales targets, follow all policies and procedures, and maintain the professional licence through recurrent training, emergency drills, and workshops. When designated as Cabin Supervisor by the Captain, the candidate will step into the leadership role with confidence.
