We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Jeddah. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing them with exceptional service. • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Listen attentively to customers' inquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
• Follow communication scripts and company policies when handling different topics
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services, if applicable
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism
• Good problem-solving skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
