About the Role

Responsible for the sales operations of the product, supporting customers before the sale, providing after-sales services, offering detailed information about the product and how it meets the customer's needs, and showcasing the features that the company offers to attract the largest segment of customers.

Responsibilities
  • Build a positive relationship by communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the appropriate product.
  • Receive customer complaints, handle them positively, and try to resolve all their issues, escalating the complaint to the direct manager if a solution is not possible.
  • Explain product details to customers before signing, ensuring that the service intended for the customer is available, while collecting all required data and documents and confirming the payment process.
  • Verify all data for accuracy and follow the required procedures when contracting.
  • Prepare cash receipts and daily reconciliations to close branch sales and submit them to the branch supervisor.
  • Submit the daily sales report to the branch supervisor.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues faced by customers and deliver the services.
  • Submit a daily report of customer visits to the branch.
  • Follow up on requests raised by the call center and submit a report on them.
  • Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to the complete official uniform.
  • Commit to implementing procedures according to the management's procedural manual.
Required Skills
  • Ability to explain the product to the customer in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in communicating with different personalities.
  • Flexibility and the ability to handle work pressure.
  • Proficiency in presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to manage time and organize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Proficiency in teamwork and collaboration with the team.
