Job Summary

The Residence Guest Service Associate is responsible for guest registration, guest check‑out, cashiering, and foreign exchange, as well as providing assistance in response to guest queries and requests.

Responsibilities
  • Checks supplies to ensure adequate stock for the shift and daily requirements.
  • Prepares all necessary documents (registration forms, welcome folders, etc.) prior to arrivals to facilitate check‑in.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests as soon as they approach the desk.
  • Verifies OPMS records for guest history and specialized instructions.
  • Assists guests in completing the registration form and ensures essential details are included.
  • Directs guests to appropriate lifts and coordinates with Concierge staff.
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a hotel.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
  • Pleasant, friendly, and cheerful attitude.
  • Position is for Saudi Nationals Only.
