Role Description

This full-time, on-site Call Center role is based in Jeddah at Elements Clinics. The call center team member will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide clear information about clinic services, appointments, and procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient records in clinic systems, and directing calls or messages to the appropriate medical or administrative staff.

The role involves managing customer concerns professionally, following standardized scripts and guidelines, and ensuring a consistent, courteous, and confidential experience for every caller. The team member will also support follow-up calls, reminders, and basic administrative tasks related to clinic operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service experience in a call center, clinic, or similar environment.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with clear, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with Contact Centers operations, such as call handling, queue management, and use of call scripts.
  • Solid Computer Literacy, including comfort with CRM or call center software, appointment scheduling tools, and basic office applications.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes while remaining calm, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach to handling concerns and questions.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or call center work is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, with flexibility for clinic working hours as needed.
