Customer Care Representative-Associate; Nationals

Position:
Customer Support – Hub Operations

• Manage account creations, basic onboarding, bookings, inquiries (including ad hoc), and quote provision.
• Handle complaints, basic complaint handling, issue resolution, basic issue resolution, case management, service recovery, pro‑active prevention, claims handling, and escalated issue resolution.
• Identify anomalies as they arise and apply judgment based on rules and procedures; escalates complex issues to senior team members.
• Ensure completion of defined processes and procedures by deadlines, maintaining accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards.

Position based in New Delhi;
Delhi‑based candidates preferred.

• Prior customer service experience.
• Interpersonal, written & verbal communication, team‑working, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC skills.
