Internship Overview
As an Intern you will join the Customer Care & Order Operations team in Saudi Arabia and gain hands‑on experience in managing customer orders and ensuring high service quality. You will support daily operations, interact with internal teams, and learn how to handle order processing in SAP systems.

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia - Duration: 6 months
- Working hours:
40 hours per week - Work model:
Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
- Support processing of customer orders in SAP and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in monitoring order status and following up with internal stakeholders until delivery.
- Help handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order progress.
- Support coordination with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment.
- Assist in resolving basic order issues (blocks, delays, discrepancies) under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting activities related to order management.
- Recently graduated or final year student in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (minimum B2 upper‑intermediate level) with strong communication skills.
- Motivated and eager to learn.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience using SAP Physical Job Requirements.
