Baytonia is Hiring – Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, messages, and social media.
- Follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle complaints and provide proper solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
