Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

For one of our client, we are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience aligned with company standards.

• Receive, welcome, book (when required), and refer visitors to the appropriate individual or department
• Receive deliveries of small parcels and advise the addressee
• Maintain the reception area in a tidy, presentable condition
• Direct callers to the correct extensions/department, and connect them to the right contact
• Take and pass on messages, identifying urgent requests and escalating/expediting responses when needed
• Support with routine parking and taxi arrangements (if applicable)
• Issue and collect security badges for visitors (as needed)
• Perform basic clerical tasks and/or simple copy typing when time permits
• Represent the organization with tact, discretion, and courtesy at all times as the key entry point

• High school graduate
• Arabic & English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong customer service mindset and professional etiquette
• Ability to handle front-desk duties calmly, accurately, and with attention to detail
