We are seeking Saudi motivated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls, emails, and chats.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and information.
• Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
• Handle complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism.

• Saudi nationality only
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
