Bilingual Call Center Representative

We are a leading call center in Jeddah seeking bilingual English Arabic call center representatives for our team As a call center representative you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

This position is perfect for Indian nationals living in Jeddah or looking to relocate No English proficiency is required and no previous experience is necessary making it an ideal job for students or those without prior work experience

Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls responding to customer emails and messages and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all communication with customers and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner As an integral part of our team you will work closely with other call center representatives and supervisors to deliver exceptional service to our customers
