Customer Service Representative (Indian/Pakistani Nationals)

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our call center team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and provide them with excellent service over the phone.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Provide product information and assist with placing orders
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the call center

• Fluency in English is not required, but proficiency in Hindi or Urdu is a must
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and empathy
• Must have own visa and be eligible to work full time in Saudi Arabia
