Call Center Representative (Egyptian, English-Speaking) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are a fast-paced call center looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As our ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and previous experience working in a call center environment.

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information about our products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Keep records of all conversations with customers for future reference
• Utilize computer systems to update customer information and process orders
• Meet monthly performance targets set by the company
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve the customer experience

• Must be Egyptian with a valid visa to work in Saudi Arabia
• Fluent in English (Arabic speaking skills is a plus)
• Previous experience working in a call center environment is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work on weekends if needed
