As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our English-speaking clients. Your primary duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and processing orders or requests. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and escalation any complex issues to the appropriate department.

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Candidates must also possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to work well under pressure.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. We also offer part-time positions for those looking for flexible work hours. Accommodation will be provided for all employees, as well as biometric passport assistance for non-Saudi Arabian nationals.
