Job Description:

We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. • Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products or services.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner by actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on customer inquiries that cannot be resolved immediately.
• Maintain detailed records of all call interactions, including the nature of the inquiry, actions taken, and any follow-up required.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service with every interaction.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas of improvement in processes or procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi/Urdu (for Indian candidates) or Arabic (for Egyptian candidates).
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations while remaining calm and professional.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think on your feet.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as this is a part-time position.
