• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently
• Update customer records accurately in the database

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
